Day Trips
Our Kenai River fishing trips start between five and six a.m. Kasilof trips may start even earlier. Because of this, we are often one of the first boats on the water—and it is worth it. If you would prefer different start and finish times, however, just let us know and we will accommodate your needs. A full day of fishing consists of eight hours on the river.
We provide all of the fishing gear. We feature many top brands such as Ross, G. Loomis, St. Croix, and Ambassador. Waders are not included, hip boots can be rented for $15.00 per day.
We are licensed to fish the entire 82 miles of the Kenai River. Where the fish are and what time of year you visit us will dictate how much of the river we float. On those special days that we shoot the Kenai River canyon down to Skilak Lake you can expect a longer day for both the fishing and transportation.
We offer power boat fishing on the middle and lower sections of the Kenai River for king and silver salmon June through September. The drift boats are running the upper and middle sections fishing trout and salmon. The upper section is regulated by the State of Alaska as drift-only, and is therefore experientially different from middle and lower river fishing.
